Foundation and piling tubes are structural elements that transfer loads to the ground in the deep foundation systems of high-rise buildings, bridges, ports, and industrial facilities. Eren Boru offers two main product groups: ERW micro piling pipes (21.3 mm – 339.7 mm OD) and large diameter welded piling pipes (610 mm – 1,524 mm OD, wall thickness up to 38.1 mm).
Manufactured to EN 10219-1 in grades S355 J2H, S355, S460 MH, and S550 J2H, and to ASTM A252 including Grade 3, piling tubes are delivered with the inner weld bead removed, and can be supplied in custom lengths based on customer requirements and logistics constraints.
Dual-layer abrasion-resistant FBE, polyethylene (PE), or polypropylene (PP) outer coating options provide long-lasting corrosion resistance against demanding soil and marine conditions.
